We used a digital interface to link Hermes Germany’s enterprise resource planning system with our Soloplan CarLo transport management system. This enabled the effective transfer and error-free processing of thousands of transport orders. At the same time, we have increased transparency by digitizing the booking process: Service prices can be called up on the homepage – incidentally for every customer – on a daily basis. The booking route can also be planned digitally via plug-in.
