We used a digital interface to link Hermes Germany’s enterprise resource planning system with our Soloplan CarLo transport management system. This enabled the effective transfer and error-free processing of thousands of transport orders. At the same time, we have increased transparency by digitizing the booking process: Service prices can be called up on the homepage – incidentally for every customer – on a daily basis. The booking route can also be planned digitally via plug-in.

Thanks to the connection to the TIMOCOM Smart Logistics System, tracking of the vehicles used is possible at any time via GPS share. Via this feature as well as via TIMOCOM shipment tracking our customers know at any time where their delivery is located. The employees of Topp Transporte actively support us in enabling this transparency through the use of digital interfaces.
