This is what you do with us:
- Disposition of partial and complete loads nationally
- Scheduling of the fleet and / or subcontractors
- Responsibility for price negotiations with the carriers as well as with the customers
- Continuous acquisition of new customers to expand our customer base

- You have good contacts to the shipped industry and transport companies
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a Dispatcher (m/f/d)
- At least three years of professional experience as a dispatcher through which you have already been able to prove your abilities
- Routine handling of the common MS-Office-applications
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Reliability, team and customer orientation as well as a high level of initiative round off your exciting profile.

- Active contacting, needs assessment and personal discussions with potential customers (currently using remote tools, such as Microsoft teams).
- You will be responsible for your own sales tasks and will continue to support your new customers personally after the successful onboarding process.
- You will be a competent contact person for the customers, who will routinely assist them with all questions regarding our relations, runtimes and services.
- You will conduct customer satisfaction analyses
